She was born on 23rd of October, under the Scorpio sign. \\ Since Svetla was 7 she has occupied in folklore and modern dances. She has graduated pedagogy in Sofia University and a school for fashion models. \ Svetla has won some model competitions but her music addiction did prevail.

Her first pop-stage appearing has occurred in 2003. It was followed by many other songs which became hits. \\
